Welcome to the the Dishing It & Digging It Link Party.

Hi Friends! Before we get to this weeks host and the highlights of that party, I want to review my week. I shared my Fall Living Room Tour and discussed a few tips on decorating.

Also I finally bit the very large bullet and bought a new car. My old one was showing it's age inside and out, being 12 years old. Aside from acting haunted and leaking every time it rained through the moon roof, it was a great SUV and I have a lot of good memories driving it for 12 years. Ok the defroster only worked when it wanted too and the a/c broke 3 years ago. Plus the ignition had to be warrantied 3 times and still acted up, but hey! It started and got me to where I needed to go. So now there is a nice brand new SUV with only 7 miles on it in my driveway.

Now? Now I am on my 3rd day of owning it and I am feeling nervous. We have not had a car payment in 10 years and I almost keeled over from shock at the price of SUV's these days. I'm sure this feeling will pass, and I will be fine but until then, I will breathe into a brown bag for awhile.
