The color purple and the word French kept popping in my mind today.
So this is my French Inspired Spring Tablescape, using what I have on hand.
I brought in the tulips from the front yard and used a simple white pitcher I found last year.
It's easier to guard them here then in my yard.
I think Bugs was calling in reinforcements.
The herb box was a recent purchase, found at HomeGoods.
Instead of doing the usual
letting it sit in my cart and doing the internal debate, I just told the left side of my brain to shaddup and bought it.
Sometimes a girl just needs to buy a box marked herbs.
"G" is cooking dinner tonight. Or his version of cooking, frozen pizza.
It's ok, I'll take it. I appreciate the gesture and the help. I enjoy cooking, just not every single night.
Because dirty dishes always follow.
Mother's Day is coming, does anyone have any special plans?
