Dining and delicious food and cold cocktails.
I've been thinking that "G" and I need to have a 4 day weekend. It's been years since we went on vacation. Somewhere that we can drop a pole, catch a fish for dinner. Enjoy a sunset on the lake.
Summer Breezes, that's the thought behind this tablescape. I don't really want to equate it with my week.
Have you ever had one of those weeks where you put your cat in the fridge and the milk in the litter box?
Because if I owned a cat, that likely where it would have ended up. Luckily today is a new day, so the dog is probably safe.
The placemats were found as a set of two, including matching napkins at a local junk and salvage store. The chalkboard name plates are from JoAnn Fabrics, along with the beads.
I simply bought two packages of large beads and put them on a string. Easy peasy, done in ten minutes!

It's supposed to be a hot one today for those of us in the Midwest. So I am getting outside early for some Gardening Chores, so I can chill in Central A/C when lunch time hits.
