Setting a Spring inspired table, I decided to use rustic and rusty elements.
A rusty candlelier, a barn pulley mixed in with some silver candlesticks and white dishes really sets the tone.
Unfortunately due to my love of rust and purple, I don’t have too much pink in my home. Also it is early Spring here so there is not much blooming yet.
But I think this works. It’s not your typical table filled with gorgeous tulips or hyacinth. But I like it.
Things around here are picking up. I am washing linens and hopefully getting ready to mulch flower beds in preparation for house guests.
Can I just take a quick moment to jump up and down and scream how excited I am that all 3 of my kids are actually all going to be home at the same time!
Oh!
They can help their mommy put down mulch as a Mother's Day present
Mua ha ha ha ha ha
Free labor!
With having to buy about 42 bags, yeah lets take advantage of the free labor to help spread it.
I alternated different styles of candles for something fun and tucked the rusty chandy in a boxwood wreath for stability and some green touches.
Until next time!
XO,
Christine
