Summer Decor diy |
Decorating the Entryway for the seasons is one thing I always enjoy doing. To me when someone walks in, it sets the tone for the rest of the house. So I am always looking forward to a new season, so I can make changes.
I'll be honest, I came close to running to the store and buying a gallon of paint.
But with all the diy projects we have done around here, I told myself to try and relax a bit.
and stick with the white walls a bit longer.
So this is me, trying to enjoy the summer. I found quite a few hanging glass orbs on clearance last winter at Home Goods.
So I finally grouped them together and found a use for them.
I dropped in some succulents, moss into each one, and walked away. I kept telling myself not to over think things.
Just do it and move on.
The candlesticks were a thrift store purchase. The rattan basket is from JoAnn Fabrics. I also incorporated some white.
Summer being a season where we start to see 90's, I always believe using the color white makes people feel cooler.
Refreshed.
Well, that's it for now. How are you enjoying your summer?
