Take a Summer Tour for a Rustic Dining Room to show you the industrial style table and rustic touches I have added.
I might be making some changes in here if we get a rainy weekend as I think the wall color is missing the mark.
It’s a little yellow in here for me and the color scheme going on, and maybe a grey or a very light taupe would do the trick.
Take a stroll through and give me your thoughts on how I could unify this room a bit.
I just bought a new rug this morning. The grey and white striped one was a little too coastal / beachy for me. I want an industrial rustic look in this room. I like this one much better so far!
Remember when I said I had to remove two clematis vines because they weren’t doing good? Here is what happened to the 2 wrought iron trellises. Hubby cut off the feet that went into the ground and welded a bar across the back as a hanger.
I hung them on either side of one window. The grey metal with just a touch of rust from being outside, is perfect for this room.
I am also thinking the two white chairs need to be more unified with the bench and head chairs….
Stencil a grey on them? Dye them? Too many choices!
I am also contemplating re-painting the chandelier. What do you think? Yes repaint it, or wait until the wall gets a new coat and then decide?
Hope you enjoyed the tour, let me know what ya think!
